cleaning and detailing thermostat housing

The thermostat housing is really not a masterpiece of italian moulding and machining!

The big bulb is from moulding and was simply left over by the factory worker, it will now be removed. The whole housing will be sanded and polished, not brightly it has only to look tidy since with having my air pump removed you can see the housing...
